Booking equipment out for a day
If your equipment is going for a service, warrant of fitness or other non-job related reason, you can book them out in the scheduling calendar by clicking on the equipment out option in the scheduling tool. Too easy!
When you book equipment in this way, you'll notice over in the Month view that the calendar is smart enough to recognise their is one less item of equipment available on this day.
Unavailable for scheduling
If the equipment is not able to be scheduled for some time, you can flag it as unavailable from the equipment's settings.
From the main menu, go to Equipment, click on the item of equipment you want to edit and set the toggle to unavailable
Smarter Planning & Visibility
When you book equipment out or flag it as unavailable for scheduling, you'll notice the scheduling calendar's month view will automatically update with the new number of equipment available for scheduling.
