Of all our releases so far, undoubtly this is the one we're most excited about. We're stoked to announce MAP VIEW: View all your jobs in Magnetize on the map, filter them by status, and get an idea of where your people and equipment are today, tomorrow, this week and next.

In this release:

See all your jobs on the map

See all of your jobs in a map view for powerful spatial awareness of where of your are. Jobs are located by their site address, or [if there is no site address added] by the customer address.

Click and drag to navigate

Navigating the map should feel familiar to Google maps and other map tools you may have used before. Click and drag your mouse to move the viewpoint any direction you want to go on the map.

Zoom in/out to see specific jobs and clusters of jobs 

Zoom in on a specific area by scrolling “down” on your keypad/mouse, or by using the “plus” icon in the bottom-right corner. To zoom out, scroll “up” on your keypad/mouse, or click on the “less” icon in the bottom-right corner. 

Click on the map marker to see job details

Hovering over the map marker will show some details about the job. Clicking on it will bring up a left-side panel with the job’s information, including site contact details, job tags, scheduling dates, resources and more. 

Filter by job status

Click on job status circles to filter the jobs displayed by their current job status: Open jobs, Leads, On hold and Complete. This is handy for when you want to see only the jobs that are in progress, scheduled or ready to schedule (Open) in a certain region, or see hotspots for where there are a lot of new jobs popping up (Leads). 

Filter jobs by today, tomorrow, this week and next week

Filter jobs on the map based on what’s scheduled for today, tomorrow, this week and next week, to get powerful spatial visibility of where you work is going to be.

Search for specific jobs, customers, people and equipment

Use the search field to search for specific jobs by the job number (e.g. JOB-123), name, customer or address. You can also use the search field to filter jobs displayed by the  customer name, or as assigned to specificed teams and equipment. 

This is particularly powerful when you COMBINE filters to see what you need, when you need it. For example - to see all of the jobs scheduled for this week, for a specific team. Or all of the jobs that are scheduled for next week, but are currently in an on hold status. 

See BH/CPT test logs (Live Geo customers)

For organisations with the Live Geo power up, you’ll also be able to see a record of all bore holes and CPT tests. Clicking on a specific hole will bring up a left-side panel with all the log information.
