Introducing the Jobs Control Panel - built for full visability and control of your jobs. It's simple, fast and powerful. Effortlessly switch between the jobs list, calendar and map view, keeping the focus on only what you need to see.

Switch between the jobs list, calendar and map view

The Magnetize Jobs Control Panel enables you to quickly and effortlessly switch between viewing your jobs as a list, on the calendar, or on the map. Use the navigation toggle, positioned at the top center, to switch between views.


Filter your jobs by today, tomorrow, this week and next.

In real-life business operations, when managing a team, we often only want to focus on the jobs scheduled for today, tomorrow, this week, and so on. That’s why we’ve included a date filter in the Jobs Control Panel. You can easily set the timeframe you're interested in — for example, just “Today.”

As you switch between the jobs list, calendar, and map views, this date filter will be retained. You can clear it anytime by clicking "Clear filters" or by resetting the date filter to "All jobs."


Filter jobs by their status

Job status filters are pinned across the calendar and map views. This means that when you filter the scheduling calendar by a specific status — like just “On Hold” jobs — you can switch to the map view to see a spatial layout of those same jobs. And vice versa.


Search for jobs

Quickly finding jobs in the system is essential. You can now search for jobs not only in the list view but also on the calendar and map views.


Filter jobs by team, equipment, job tags, customers and more

For even greater visibility and control, you can now filter displayed jobs by team, equipment, job tags, customers, and more. Try it out — simply search for the job information you're looking for, and select it to become a filter that can be retained across the jobs list, calendar, and map view.

When you are done with a filter, either click the close icon next to the filter tag name, or click on the text link "Clear filters" next to the box, to clear everything back to all jobs.


💡Pro tips for combining job filters

Unlock new levels of viability, speed and power when you COMBINE jobs filters. Here are a couple of examples you could try. See all:

  • Jobs in progress today, assigned to the "Field team"
  • Where all your equipment is scheduled to be tomorrow
  • Jobs on hold, but also have an "urgent" job tag
  • Jobs scheduled for next week, but with a job status of "Lead" - so needing a quote to be signed off.
  • All jobs ever completed for a specific customer
