Magnetize makes it easy to record photos of a job, as well as any other notes.

Notes and photos are saved to the job timeline in Magnetize, so your manager and the rest of the team can see these records and even share them with the customer if required.

Instead of crawling back through your photo gallery to see the job photos from last week, refer back to your notes and photos in the job's timeline.

Quick add notes & photos

In the Magnetize mobile app, use the big quick-add button at the bottom of the screen to bring up the Add a note window. Then:

  1. Select the job.
  2. Add any notes you need to record.
  3. Tap on the Add photos box to add your photos. You can add photos by opening the camera and taking a photo, OR by selecting photos from your phone's photo library.
  4. Tap SAVE in the top-right corner.

Job timeline

Notes and photos are saved to the job timeline. The job timeline is a record of all updates on a job, including when the quote was approved, when it was scheduled and when it was marked complete. It's a really helpful record for everyone.

In the mobile app, go to the job and scroll down to the bottom to see the job timeline
