How to prepare an invoice in Magnetize and send it to Xero to be billed.

Magnetize makes it easy to prepare job invoices and send them to Xero to be billed to the customer.
If you haven't done it already, you'll want to Connect your Magnetize account to Xero first before following the instructions in this article.
Create your Invoice in Magnetize
Go to the invoice tab for the job you want to invoice and proceed to prepare the invoice
Reconcile actual logs vs quoted
For jobs that were quoted, Magnetize makes it really easy to reconcile what quoted vs. what was actually logged on the job.
Time, consumables and equipment logs will appear on one side, and matched quoted items will appear on the other. Work your way through the logs to reconcile matches OR choose whether you want to bill as quoted or as logged.
For example, you may have quoted 12 hours labour, but the team has logged only 10, so now you can choose wether to bill as quoted or as logged.
Edit line items
You have full flexibility here. Go ahead and the descriptions and/or prices of each invoice line item as you need. Or create custom line items.
