Search all jobs
In the mobile app, staff with "job permissions" enabled on their profile, will be able to search for ALL open jobs for your company [not just the ones they're assigned to] and add time/equipment/consumable logs and more.
My time total
On the "My time" screen of the mobile app, staff will see their total hours logged in a given work period. By default this will be a weekly total, which you will edit in the organisation settings to be two weeks, monthly or custom.
Map view
Full visibility of all your jobs by their location. For Live Geo power up users, the map view will include all bore holes and CPT tests by their GPS coordinates.
Set cost price and margin for rates
Businesses will be able to specify cost price and margin on individual rates to enable reporting on profit/loss for a job.
Time log approval
In this release, Magnetize full access users will be able to mark time logs as approved and leave a note - either in bulk or individually.
Analytics Dashboard
Delivering full visibility and enabling full velocity, the Magnetize Dashboard will provide oversight of jobs by status, staff and equipment utilization, as well as key financial data.
